Ok, so my brother just joined CS and I told him that there are some cool re release pets up for adoption. So he goes and tries and adopt them and a message come up.
It says something like "Sorry, this type of present isn't available for people who just joined chicken smoothie"

whats up with that? Now my brother is kinda sad

People who joined on the same day of the rerelease can't adopt them, this is to prevent scammers and cheaters.

It is to stop people from making new accounts just to get the pets, it is a way to stop cheating and multi accounting

I adopted the ur zonkey myself and traded for the can so i'm all complete again :D

What a lucky catch! Congratulations! I was wondering whether you had adopted it yourself, because you posted it on the December outcomes thread so fast it would have been near impossible to trade for it in that time. ;) I successfully auto-ed an auction for the Zonkey (or Zesel as we would call it in Germany), and I am super happy now! I wasn't too lucky with my Dec 18th catches, only the growing Pink September that I adopted is of any real value. :)

I adopted a UR pot as well, i couldnt believe it since ive never adopted anything good since 2009! But what a luck this year<3

It stops people from cheating like say someone making an account to give their pets to other people it does sound unfair to the people if they are not doing that and are genrally making an account for themselves but you need to remember unfortantly alot of people would try to trade your brother unfairly if he joined and because he's New he wouldn't know what was fair or he may feel obligated to give you his pets witch he reseved today witch can be a bit unfair to the rest of us.
