"In order to find these chests, use any gathering skill in any elemental region or battle Mimic monsters in the Coliseum. They can be encountered in all Coliseum areas other than the Training Fields, with higher level mimics having a greater chance to drop a chest. It will also be rarely possible to find Unhatched Nocturne Eggs while Scavenging in any elemental region." -Official Announcement

TL;DR - There's no best place for it, you can pretty much scavenge anywhere and still get something decent.

I can't find any chests >.< I got one from scavenging (got the herbal pouch thingy), and I can't find any mimic monsters.

Welp, i'mma head to bed.

I'm gunna hit up the kelp beds later then if higher levels give chests more frequently. And maybe by then, they'll have everything coli related fixed and all. Not complaining to since i need seafood. XD

having an okay time finding chests. i had some good luck scavenging and got two, and i've got at least five (not exactly sure since i opened the first few on impulse) from the coli so far. how is everyone else doing on luck in the coli?
