So I think I've figured out which litters I've gotten:

Pet's name: Staff/09

Pet's name: Xmas/08?

I'm not sure about the rat, it's such similar colors and so bright that I can't tell but I think it's day 16 tess rat from Xmas in 2008. The middle one I new as soon as i got it that it was from the Shima Longtail litter. And the first guy could be VR/R depending on which growth it becomes. I'm kind of hoping for the mini wings outcome because it's so pretty.
