I personally believe the Banana is better in demand than the Horse. Demand wise i would say it's unfair to them.

Hows are these? Is the green dog a list pet? I don't recognize it, but you never know.

Both is unfair, but the second one I am not sure about, but I wouldn't accept. Also, the green dog is definitely not a list pet.

They are overpaying. If you take a look at the list, you will notice that the banana is way above the horse.

Unfair to you. The 3 '16 rares dont add up to a '09 rare. The Low advent is worth 3 '09 rares.
I personally wouldn't take it because of how hard it is to trade back on the list.

Major overpay on their side
Though the zebra has low demand it is high up on the Mainlist compared to the peach

Horses have lower demand even with that horse being a reindeer based one it doesn't add up demand wise.
The element cats have higher demand and can go somewhat for overpay.
I would say unfair demand wise. Rarity and date wise it seems fair but I'd go off demand if I were you.
I wouldn't accept this trade if I were you.
