We can't really tell you till we know where the peach will be placed at the list. Personally I value it between a ur mint horse and a non.
Technically the first one is the best, it's worth 8 nons + a blue toxic but zebras tend to have lower demand and usually go for only a non or a ur aussie, so going by demand the third one is the best but I'd wait for better offers.

Don't do it.
It's not good to trade away pets (ESPECIALLY EVENT) if they don't have a rarity.
And the person is offering you commons from 2016, so don't do it, I'd say.

Agreed, they're usually commons or uncommon. The only event pets that you should be cautious about are the 12/18 rereleases. If your pets all turn out to be uncommon, that old rat alone would still be overpay(value wise) for them all due to it being so much older (: and as The Lost Wilderness has said, rats do have poor demand
