Is that fair? I'm not entirely sure about the demand on their side, but I know that some people can value the Lioness as a September list.

i wouldn't accept as you could get a September list their side does have demand but i think you could get better

I don't think this is fair because your store pets are older, and the rest of the pets don't really make a difference. I'd get a second opinion

Rarity wise the rat would be over pay but demand wise underpay the highest a raven can go for is a non and the lowest is a sorbet so demand wise the rat would be under, as an owner of a raven dog i personally would not trade her for a rat but that's just me also because of rats low demand i don't think anyone would trade their raven for the heavy speckled rat but i guess you just have to find the right person.
