They are overpaying a bit. 2016 Store pets are worth a late 2010 rare.

So who's getting the bad end of the deal? The 2016 store pet or the Cancer

The other person because they're overpaying. Zodiac dogs also have quite good demand and can easily fetch a '09 rare.

They are both overpaying, however considering demand, I would accept trade 1 and decline trade 2. The sitting cat in trade 1 is what has demand and I have seen them go for up to 2 09 rares, which is about what they are offering. The PPS store cat has good demand as well. I have seen those go for multiple 09 rares in auction, so I would decline personally.

I have seen that punk dog go for more than the vixen alone. So I would start by removing that and add 1 or 2 09 rares, depending on how much demand you and your trading partner place on the vixen advent.
