Cherrypaw enjoyed assisting her clan mates in any way possible. It gave her a warm feeling in her heart, a glow that signaled she was doing the right thing. Following the life of a medicine cat, however, is an option she had never considered. Her dreams were to grow up and become deputy, maybe even leader someday, to guide the clan and lead them towards a peaceful way of life.
Knowledge was important to her. Learning the herbs, in her own opinion, would be useful, but she enjoyed being a warrior apprentice. The thrill it gave her to hunt and battle gave her excitement and enthusiasm. The life of a medicine cat . . . she was unsure. Where would she belong the best? Would they need her there more, or would it be better for her to stay a regular apprentice. She was conflicted. Cherry decided if the leader personally chose her as a medic apprentice, then she would accept, since she trusted their judgement over her own.

"No one? Please we need the apprentices..." He meowed so many cats dead. "Cherrypaw"featherstar meowed looking at her

Cinderkit looked up "I really want to! If you can just hold off for one moon or make one exception I really want to do it please!" Cinderkit begged. The Tom looked up at his leader and deputy.

Cherry stepped forward to take her place as a medicine cat apprentice, bowing her head respectfully to Featherstar at the decision. "As you wish." she stated politely, mind toiling with what was taking place before her. Her thoughts were interrupted momentarily by Cinderkit gaze shifting between the two to see what decision the leader would make regarding both of their futures.

"Your to young Cinderkit we are not stooping so low. one more moon okay" Featherstar meowed simply

Nightpelt looked at Cherrypaw, he hoped she was up for the change. His eyes seemed to look at everyone, he tried to hide his exhaustion. He wouldn't let his clan worry about him, and he wouldn't disappoint them. He had to push himself so his clan could get back rising.

Featherstar looked up at the apprentices "This is not something we usally do but Sandpaw is becoming a full medicine cat! So in order for that we will be naming a few apprentices and such like that!" Featherstar yowled

Sandpaw was extremely proud that she was already getting her full name. She'd worked hard in the moon or so to become the best medicine cat she could be, and her natural talent for herbs had payed off. She was a little young, but she still wanted to do her best for everyone.
