"Um, sure!" He said while trying to remember how to do the move. He tried to lash out with his hind legs but fell clumsily onto his side. He quickly got up and shook the dirt off his pelt and licked his chest in embarrassment, he should know how to do that by now. He regained his confidence and tried once more and this time he didn't fall over. It wasn't perfect but it was much better than his first attempt for sure. He looked at his mentor waiting for a response.

"That's better," Echolight said. "Try again but this time put all your weight on your front paws even before you kick and spread your front paws out a bit so you can balance better," she suggested.

Letting out a hiss, Duskpaw clawed her way up a tall birch. Flicking her tail angrily and not checking to see if HollowStorm was behind her, she noticed a grey shape flick it's bushy tail. She clawed along the slender branch, in a hunting crouch. She prepared to pounce and fired herself onto the squirrel. Except, it wasn't warm grey fur under her claws. It was air. She let out a screech as she fell out the birch. She landed... on soft ginger fur. She looked down. It was a fox.

He stood so his front paws where further apart and pushed all his weight into them. He kicked out with his back legs and then landed back on the ground without falling over or feeling unbalanced. He faced his mentor, "Was that better?" He asked, feeling proud of himself for not falling over once more.

Echolight purred, "Much better!" She was proud about how quickly her apprentice was improving. He would definitely turn into a strong warrior. "Let's see how you do using it in sbattle though," she said, squaring up and preparing to defend.

Skylar||24||Loner||Fox Den||Duskpaw (Fox Patrol)

Skylar sucked in a breath of as a small she-cat fell out of her tree, landing directly on top of a fox. She froze for a brief moment but quickly sprung into action. She didn't care about getting caught anymore. She wasn't going to watch the cat get hurt. She jumped out of the bush and hissed loudly at the fox hoping to get its attention so the clan cat could escape. She half hoped the other clan cats would back her up. She wouldn't be able to take on a fox alone.

Silverstar catches sight of a fox exiting the den. Luckily it was only one, unless there where more in the den. The fox walks towards the trees, not aware of the cats. She watches the fox, knowing the patrol wasn't here for a fight, but too see how many foxes there where. Suddenly she hears Duskpaw screech and turns her head to see the little apprentice falling out of the tree next to her. "No!" Not only was she falling out of a tree, but a fox was right below them. "Attack!" She yowls to her patrol as she climbs down the tree. She runs over to the fox, dodging its bites and picking up Duskpaw by the scruff and tossing her into the soft vegetation behind them. The loner comes to help, and Silverstar lets her. They needed all the help they could get. She slashes her claws across the foxes face, and the fox lets out a screech, before biting down on Silverstars back. She lets out a yowl, but turns, kicking the fox and it lets go. She slides under the fox and uses her back legs to kick at its underbelly, her claws out, slashing at his belly. The fox falls over but quickly gets back on its feet, and charges at the she cat. The fox knocks her over and bites down on her shoulder. She claws frantically at the foxes face, the fox yowls, but doesn't let go.

Daisytail smiles. "Crowfeather it's getting dark, and we've already got good catches, let's just let them swim a little." She meows, before splashing the apprentices with her paw.

Petalpaw smiles "Ok Darksky!" She meows before skipping out of the medicine den. She sees Cindercloud and Flowerkit and runs over to them. "Hi Cindercloud! Hi Flowerkit!" She meows before sitting down and batting a leaf towards Flowerkit.

Pebblepaw nods, listening to Crowfeather. She hears Daisytail and laughs as she splashes them "Yeah Crowfeather! Please!"

Daisytail can interact with Tigerdove when she gets back from hunting.

Ok! Hollowstorm will be missed, if you want to come back just let me know! Would it be ok if Hollowstorm is killed by a fox on the patrol? Also Tigerdove will take over Duskpaws training.)

Skylar||24||Loner||Fox Den||Duskpaw, Silverstar (Fox Patrol)

Skylar was glad for the help. Slightly more confident now, she clung onto the fox and raked her claws across its side. Suddenly she was thrown off of the fox and it pinned down who she assumed was the clan cat's leader. She rushed forward ignoring a sharp pain in her back leg and leaped towards the fox. Her body slammed into it and she felt it tumble to the ground. Hissing she pulled away but kept her ground. She hoped the fox wouldn't attack again. She was pretty sure her leg was broken and she doubted she would be able to fight back.
