Durak frowned and scolded the firery female. "Watch your tounge girl. You should hold respect for your chieftain." He said a bit sourly. "You can trust that elf girl all you wish but she is not welcome here unless they assist me or my stronghold. You were just welcomed here so it doesn't count." Durak said casually. "I understand she saved your life but an elf wouldn't think twice about taking your life." He spat coldly and he spoke from experience. Without saying another word he turned around and walked into his house and slammed the door behind him. Durak walked to the area where his mother and father had slept the night before and everything was in place. Sighing bitterly her sat in the bed and placed his face in his hands before punching his dresser and causing it to shatter into pieces. The large orc fell over on the bed and looked up to the ceiling.

As they trotted Shade though of a name. "Hm, I'm not quite sure." The elf said honestly as she strikes the stallions hair and he whinnied slightly and flared his nostrils. Shade smiled at his antics. Then it hit her. The perfect name for a stallion that had such a unique personality. "Excalibur." Shade said with pride and the horse whinnied in acceptance. The elf looked to Darkla. "His name is Excalibur." She said proudly. Slightly kicking him in the side to pick his pace up to a quick trot.

"Ma'Rahka! Get back over here stop chasing the rats." Amirah called to her brother while a guard stood trying to lecture her and blame some stolen goods on her little brother. "I can assure you sire- " Amirah paused as the sound of her brother's carefree voice filled her ears, "Amirah! I caught it!" He held up the now lifeless rat, "... oh dear... " she muttered and slightly shook her head in a disapproving manner before narrowing her eyes back at the guard, once again standing her ground, "He would never steal anything!" She snapped at him. Amirah's abnormal voice carried across the stale breeze, it was not like other Khajiit's it was smooth and more nord like. Amirah's accent put the guard in a puzzled state, "Y-your voice." He stammered, "Yeah what about it!?" She growled, ears now flat against her golden hair. "N-Never mind, no lollygaggin." He waved her on, dropping the whole thing. About that time Ma'Rahka came running back to her side from around the back of a building. As he raced forwards he wasn't paying attention to where he was going and ran right into a Breton looking man. Hitting him hard enough to fall on his rump, Ma'Rahka let out a cry from the pain of hitting the stone walk way. "Ow!" His little ears were flat against his brown fur covered head, "Sorry mister." He apologized. Amirah quickly raced to her brother's aid as soon as she heard his cry. "Ma'Rahka! Watch where you're going." She told him before looking to the Breton man and bowing her head to apologize for her brother's clumsiness. "Please forgive him." She spoke softly then lifted her head to look at the man. She was tired, it was obvious that she and Ma'Rahka had just arrived at Riften maybe two hours before him and it seemed from the earlier display that Amirah had been getting harassed by the guards and towns people. No one was fond of Khajiit's after all.

Carolak sighed, seeing him walk away. "Well maybe i just happen to know how to forgive!" she yelled before he slammed the door. She walked to her house, slamming her door as well. She sat on her bed and looked at the picture of her mother on the dresser. She sighed. She stood and walked out of her house to Durak's. Knocking on the door, she stood there.

Darkla smiled. "Excalibur." she repeated. "Well, this ones named Nightfall." she said. She smiled and patted Nightfall's neck. "I think i'll keep the white one here too." she said, looking back at a white stallion trailing behind her.

"interesting name choice." Shade said calmly before leading Excalibur slightly more to the left to give Darkla and her horse some more room. Her rump began to hurt after the few hours they had been riding. "We should rest for several hours and let the horses rest as well. We still have a few days Rose until we get to Riften; and that's without any distractions." Shade said calmly.

Durak groaned before sitting up on his bed. "What!?" He called out for the orc to hear him; whoever it was. Sighing to himself he laid back down on his bed lazily and waited for the orc to enter themselves. Durak picked up a gem that laid beside the bed and began tossing it in the hair bordly.

Darkla nodded. "I agree, lets rest." she said. She turned her body and swung her left leg over Nightfall's back, riding on the side of Nightfall. Nightfall slowed to a walk and Darkla jumped down. She walked beside Nightfall and Excalibur and Shade.

Carolak slowly opened the door and walked in. She went to the room Durak was in. "I um... I'm sorry Durak." she said softly with a small pitch that screamed she was about to cry. "I... i didn't mean to... to upset y-you..." she said, trying not to cry.

Shade nodded and dismounted Excalibur. She grabbed his reins and guided him into the forest. The elf heard a stream nearby and saw a shallow cave not too fae away. Guiding the horses to the river first, she bent down and filled her skinsack and greedily drank out of it. Wiping her face she slumped down against a rock and waited for Darkla to do what she wished.

Darkla led Nightfall to the stream, filled her skinsack, and drank. Whist taking a drink she saw a fish swim by. "Hey uh, Shade, you hungry?" she asked just before trusting a hand into the water and bringing up a fish.
