Is this trade a little more fair for my Elf set?

No, now it's unfair to them. I've heard of the elf sets demanding making them go for a 10' rare a piece. I'd say all together they're worth 3 or 4 09' rare

Just the set as a whole is worth an '10 rare, each piece's value varies per user but the whole set is worth an '10 rare
It's still unfair to them tho, not to mention you're missing a piece anyway (hood) which would effect the value greatly

One way that you could make it about fair would be to offer the uncommon rat on your side, and 2-3 of the '15 common rats.

Rarity wise the dog on your side is worth a mid-late '09 rare while the lion is worth a mid '10 rare
They'd need to add 2 '10 uncommons or so; no pets on either side really have demand that would effect the trade
