Hey guys, Darkest here. I think some might know me from other adoptables.
I finally caved in and decided to participate and be a part of this adoptable as well.
I have yet to get my first NRE but I do hope it will be soon. They are gorgeous.
If anyone is generous and kind enough, maybe they can let me have a slot from two of their NRE so I can breed them together and have my first? It would be much appreciated and I hope to see you guys around!

Hey friends, I was wanting some opinions on some things.

1. BREEDING SLOTS. Should I continue to mark the breeding on each NRE's page? Like, is me keeping track of the number of foals helpful to you guys? If it is, then I'd gladly continue doing it, and maybe even ask some other users to help me archive and keep track of everything.

2. BREEDING ARCHIVIST. If you guys do like me keeping track of breedings on a NREs personal page, I will be on the search for one or two people who will be in charge of all of the breeding slots on all NREs, and linking the babies on their parents pages. And I will require these/this people/person to report back to me any inbreeding and/or if an NRE has more than the accepted number of breedings. This position will require you to log on and be active on the NRE page(s) (ideally) at least once a day, and you must be able to do simple BB (chickensmoothie) coding.

3. ARCHIVIST. If there are any users who would like to take on the responsibility of an archivist, please PM me. I'm searching for a user to take over for me. (Work and university are keeping me from properly archiving and keeping track of all the babies.) This position will require you to log on and be active on the NRE page(s) (ideally) at least once a day, and you must be able to do simple BB (chickensmoothie) coding. I'd also like to make this person an official moderator for the NREs. You will be required to keep track of all the NREs that are being adopted out and bred, and occasionally going through the archives and changing information on any users who have had their username changed. Please PM me if you'd like to be considered for this position.

**Just a reminder to all artists; you are all considered Moderators and have the ability to discipline anyone or anything if said occasion arises. This does NOT mean you are required to actively stalk threads that are not your own, but if anything does occur on one of your topics, please try to moderate it.**

I like the way you keep track! I get lazy sometimes and forget who was bred with who and it is very helpful to me <3

I, too, really like the way you keep track. It also is really helpful when doing stable pages, because if you think you're missing one of your Equids foals, you can just go to their adoption and see their foals c;

Well to be honest it wouldn't make too much of a difference for me if we kept this feature or not. (I have a stable, where I am right on top of keeping track of slots, permissions, and foals)

But I think it's a very helpful and necessary feature. Not everyone makes these stables, and actively keeps track of their horses slots ect. So they (And us in the community) Would never know if they overbred their horses or not.

And as @felis; & @muffy have said, yeah... there are cases where we'd probably forget or lose track of one of our horses foals, so running to their page to check would be very helpful!!

I say keep it in. If in the end you decide not to, that's fine as well. Like I said above it doesn't make to much of a difference for me personally.

Second order of business, I'm 100% going to keep track of the breedings by posting on each NRE's individual page.

Third and final thing, I'm highly considering adding some sort of competitions and adventures for your horses. By entering said events, you could win different things including and not limited to; a custom NRE, a semi custom NRE, a companion of your choice next to your horse on their image, some sort of horse outfit/dressage, necklaces, halters, a "potion" that allows twins in one of your breedings, extra breeding slot(s), mane and tail hair dye, etc. (Yes I'm looking for more suggestions)

What's Different About These Equids?

A wild herd of NREs traveled north for unknown reasons, but when they arrived back to their homelands the following winter, they brought along some foal with some new traits. The traits include feathering around the hooves and males have some hair on their stomach. After seeing these foals, Folmes has been working hard to produce some of these unique babies! Unfortunately, the feathering and extra hair mutation cannot be passed on to foals of these fluffy babies.
