The accessories and wings are cute! I love blue characters but some of the blue is a bit too dark for my tastes, but the light blue adds a nice touch to it!

While the shade of purple is somewhat disagreeable to me, I can say this is a beautiful character. I love the markings and the gradient on the tail, although i feel you could lighten the main pelt colour but i doubt that's a serious issue, and you may feel free to ignore me, as it could be the kind of thing that grows on you over a while. That aside, i love the eye colors and the stars on his pelt

Not to be rude, but I think the design is rather plain and could possibly have some extra things added it, maybe like some different colors. The tail design is cute though and so is the little collar.

the green used is a bit too bright against the other base colors in my opinion, but the design is very nice overall and
flows together well! though the spikes /or platelets?/ are too close together and come too often, again just my opinion aha
maybe removing some or spacing them out a little more would make them look better?
