The design is really cute and I love the colors. I think the name really suits the character and just, those eyes, my eyes are somehow always drawn to them.

8.75/10 I see a lot of characters with his color palette, but this character is still very nice- I especially love the cool tail. Maybe you could add an accessory to brighten up his monochrome colors and make him stand out more?
