Sunpaw put her paws on Iceshard's temple to feel a heart beat. She felt a faint one and asked Ambertail who was standing near to get some moss soaked in water. As Ambertail raced off, Sunpaw finished covering the wounds with cob webs and then chewed some marigold to help stop infection.

Iceshard smiled warmly as she spoke her last, but gentle words. "..Tell Hiddengrowl I love him, and I wish he loved me back.." she finally said softly, before placing her head down on the rough dirt. Her eyes lids fluttering before they shut. A heart-beat and then she was gone.

Sunpaw's eyes feel and filled to the brim with grieve. She was in love with a cat that doesn't even know know she exists. It was sad and it made her said to think about love and death. Sunpaw lay beside Iceshard in silence and closed her eyes trying to remember the good times with Iceshard.

Ambertail came back to find her daughter, Sunpaw, in this stance. Her face fell as she saw Iceshard's body and she lay beside Iceshard soldemly.

Leafpaw bounded over to see the dreadful sight, she could see a small smile on the dead she-cats face. "Looks awfully happy for being dead." she meowed rudely, flicking her tail towards the left with a sheepish grin before correcting her sentence. "Well, I meant she...ok how about I just say I'm so very sorry, even though I barely knew her..": she half thought, a small tear streaking down her cheek.
