Oaktail nodded and didn't say anything more about it. He then tried to stretch his soar muscles. "So what you been up to lately..

"Well..."' She thought. Most people ignored her, so... "Once again, nothing." She laughed.

" I wouldn't ever discard Jaykit, I treat him as if he were my true son, the son I'll never have." He added the bit about the 'being his own' seeming as Stormtail was his real father, and was trying not to just give him to Stormtail, or even Rippleclaw and Duskpelt. Reedheart's tail was slightly lashing but he tried not to make it swing so much it would be obvious.

"Jaykit seems to like you more anyway." He meowed, still staring at the ground.

Oaktail licked her ear and softly smiled. "Sorry, I haven't been doing anything either."

Reedheart:
He tried to refrain form a snappy comment like, probably because I care about my kits and I don't lie to them, but it accidentally slightly came out as a mumble, quiet, but Stormtail could've heard it. Reedheart instantly covered his mouth with his tail as he mumbled that and kept looking down, hoping he didn't notice.

"How did I lie to Jaykit?" He meowed, a mixed face of sadness and anger printed.

"No it's fine. I'm used to it. Been like that sine I could remember." She managed a weak smile.

(( Reedheart and Stormtail now have a kit given to them by Duskpelt when he said Silverwhsiker would be spared if she never hurt anyone again and helped with the kit problem. Also Duskpelt wants the new name of Cederheart for his new life.))
