Birch smiled back and nodded. Then his ears perked up as he heard a small rustling noise. He turned around and saw a small and scrawny mouse running close to him. He quickly pounced on it and ended it's life, then picked it up in his mouth and turned back towards Leafpaw. He quickly realized that Leafpaw probably wouldn't be happy with him keeping the mouse and dropped it, then nudged it towards Leafpaw with his paw.

reedstar looked around at the cats in camp, his eyes closing as he tucked his front paws under his chest to lay down. he opened his eyes and looked around, boredom washing over him. hopefully some cat would approach him so he could talk to them, but it seemed everyone was busy. muttering something to himself, the tomcat got up and walked back into his den.

sunpatch nodded, jumping down gracefully from her rock. "very well. hunting or fishing?" she asked tinybreeze, a yawn escaping her afterwards. maybe making a friend in the clan wouldn't be so bad?

frost had been sitting in a tree for the past few minutes, his eyes locked on birch and leafpaw. he hadn't known either of them, and chose to keep his distance from the two. it looked like they were conversing lively, but that was only a wild guess. for allfrost knew, they could be bickering.

Birch smiled back at Leafpaw. He began digging a hole, and when he finished he put the mouse in the hole. Then he began covering the mouse with dirt, and quickly finished. He wasn't very hungry, so he figured he could save it for later. He felt like he was being watched for some reason, but he didn't see anyone around besides Leafpaw.
