I'm sorry, but thats far from their actual worth, demand included. There might have been a few insanely high overpays, but I've never seen them go for more than a bottom Advent, and even thats very rarely. So I would'nt push that demand-thing even further than it already is.
The trade looks about fine to me, including the slight demand for the PPS c:

Your two older uncommons for two 2016 rares is very unfair to you. A 2010 uncommon is worth a 2012 rare and a 2013 rare is worth a 2015 rare
