I made the drafts to celebrate me and husband's 10 year anniversary, which is today.
the characters are chinese (though japanese uses the same characters for many things), this is what they mean:


"Friendship"
we were best friends in school. still are!


"Fate"
yes, as many have guessed, the red string references the chinese legend of an invisible red cord (how can it be invisible and red at the same time? I'm still puzzled) tying the ankles of those destined to meet, by the god of marriage. 命 means "life", but it also has a double-meaning of "fate".


"Always"
this one is him. ah, he's not a horse, though he's got that messy hair. it contains snippets of memories, such as the lighthouse we watched stars at, the color of the sunrise we saw, etc.

anyway, now you know how cheesy I am.

I had a feeling they had a personal meaning. This is beautiful. :)

This horse is just stunning! Very pleased to see we got our silver. The texture is simply beautiful.



Probably my favourite of the 2nd gen cats so far, the colours are amazing. I especially love the shades of green on this one.



What a beautiful deer! I love the purple and blue on the pattern.
