liu yunde ( liù yùndé ), more commonly known as yuketsu; hailing from a prestigious family in china,
he relocated to japan in order to attend calronia academy, thus taking yuketsu as his other name. he
's a rather selfish & egoistical person at heart; he isn't the type to be motivated by justice or altriusm.
instead, he only seems interested in partaking any action if they align with his own motives & self-in
terests or if it directly affects him. another thing to take note of is that he's highly profficient and tr
ained in using firearms. if asked to shoot, he will shoot, be warned. infamously known as the "thirte
enth apostle" for his prodigious skills, among the many other epithets given to young magos.

magic: clairvoyance + decomposition

1. clairvoyance (sensory type) - the ability to analyze the structural information of an object. he is able to read the on-physical particles that come under the dimension of psychic phenomenon, an information element that records the result of cognizance and thought. it can take from 0.1 seconds to 5 seconds to completely analyze the structural information, depending on the complexity or size of the physical phenomenon or object.

2. decomposition - the ability of directly interfering with structural information + decomposition of matter and information. decomposition is quite a versatile ability, ranging from offensive to defensive abilities. the effectness of this magic relies greatly on the user's ability of clairvoyance. below are the senri's two main usages of decomposition.

decomposition: gram demolition
by identifying the information body of the phenomenon or object through clairvoyance, he can decompose the design. this is done so by erasing the base design and breaking the inter-molecular bonds of the physical object after reading its structural information and so "decomposing," or disintegrating it. for an information body, he can directly disassemble the design. however, due to the difficulty of the magic, and the time it takes for activation, senri prefers to use decomposition on smaller objects, such as to dismantle / disintegrate mechanical devices like firearms or locks.

in the case without restraints and to the ability's full capacity, gram demolition may be used "decompose" human targets as well.
however it is strictly and morally forbidden to do so.

close-ranged decomposition: contact-type gram dispersion
by replicating the structural information body and projecting it back onto the target, it can enhance/strengthen a phenomemon or physical object. in order to produce a higher concentration and quality of the replication, one must control the area of affect the replication is applied to. this ability does not come without limitations from both the magic itself and the user. the enhancment can only be applied to oneself or any item in contact with one's body. for example, by focusing the decomposition around portions of one's body, one increase their own physical endurance. however, they are not able to enhance objects outside of range beyond themselves. limitations on the user mainly corresponds with the speed they are able to replicate. contact-type gram dispersion can be used for either as a defense mechanism or as an offensive boost.

with no government enforcement from the chinese or the british aside from a few raids by the hong kong police,
the walled city became a haven for crime and drugs.

it was only during a 1959 trial for a murder that occurred within the walled city that the hong kong government
was ruled to have jurisdiction there. in 1983, the police commander of kowloon city district declared the walled
city's crime rate to be out control. with that, the government officially withdrew from the city.

as of this day the walled city still stands, dominated & ruled by the organised crime syndicates known as triads.
