The kit stumbled around, her eyes closed. She tried to find her mother, but the warmth of her was gone. She heard a ear-piercing screech outside and heard her mother yelling, " My kit! Run!" She then just ran (more like stumbled) into a large box. She then just lay there.

Styxx stretched out from his small spot that he had hunkered down for the night. Well part of the night, As the small kit had tried to settle down for the previous night he was chased from his usual spot by a pack of stray dogs, and with no family the kit was almost caught, the only way he escaped was by sleeping inside a dirty trash bin for the night. With a small sigh the kit headed towards where the meeting was to be held. With a sigh the kitten walked in and laid down. He didn't smell the best that was sure but he was here.
