He was born into the clan with no father, and after becoming a medicine cat apprentice, his mother had disappeared. It was only a few moons after when a few elders told him that his mother had left the clan for good. Since then, Beavernose, Beaverpaw at the time, has always seemed distant and reserved, and hasn't made many friends in the clan. He'd always hoped to meet a friend who could understand him. Until he found Rabbitpaw. Rabbitpaw was around 6 moons when he found her. She was extremely emaciated and on the brink of death. With recovery, Rabbitpaw was finally able to disclose the medicine cat of her story. And that's when Beavernose found out that Rabbitpaw was his half-sister. He feels as if she is the only one who can understand what he's been through. His mother abandoning him tore his life apart. But now he had Rabbitpaw. They have each other.

On the inside, Rabbitpaw's a bit.. "mentally damaged". Insane, mad, crazy. The only memory fueling her mind is that of her mother, vanishing among the flames, fleeing from the scene. On the outside, Rabbitpaw is introverted and sheepish. She's very skiddish and nervous.

Rabbitpaw was formerly a loner with her mother, Sparrow. Her mother could not support the two of them.Especially after a forest fire, where Sparrow abandoned her kit and saved herself. It was a miracle when Rabbit survived, she was soon found and taken in by Beavernose. Beavernose found out he was her half-brother. It took her about 3 moons to recover from malnutrition and bad burns, so she was apprenticed at 8 moons. Since then she had developed scars-- both physically..and mentally.

Sparrow, once referred to as "Sparrowfeather" used to be a warrior of Streamclan. She had met a loner tom by the name of Thrush. She went out every night to meet him. The day Thrust decided to leave Sparrow, she found out she was going to have his kits. After kitting, 2 of her kits died shortly after birth. She decided to name the last one Beaverkit, because his beautiful pelt resembled a beaver. She became exceedingly depressed after that, and left the clan to become a loner. She didn't feel bad leaving her kit.
Many moons later, she met a tom named Storm. They bonded quickly and became mates, which led to an unexpected kitting.
Sparrow had one kit, which she named Rabbit. Rabbit was her everything, her world. She would do anything for her kit. But when Storm went out hunting one night, he never came back. Gradually, Sparrow neglected her kit more and more every day and she set out to search for her missing mate. One night, as Sparrow settled in for a sleep with Rabbit, a big forest fire swept through the area. Only worried for her safety, she raced off, not looking back once.
At that time, she hadn't known what she did. She had completely forgotten about her kit. A day after the fire had passed, she went back to search for Rabbit. All she found was charcoal, ashes, and fallen trees. Her kit was nowhere to be found.
After that experience, she has been utterly bitter and astringent. She has this awful hatred toward any cat she lays her eyes on. And..she doesn't really know why.
