Rules
1. Follow Tess's rules, etc.
2. Have fun while roleplaying. I'm not kidding.
3. No dealing the final blow to kill someone's character in their real life without the owner's permission. I might change this, but for now dealing fatal damage to a character that only kills them in-game is okay unless the owner has openly stated otherwise.
4. I SWEAR if your character is completely perfect and top-notch and nobody can beat them, blah blah blah, I will personally burn your post. No Mary Sues/Gary Lou's or whatever you call them.
5. If the secret of Danger Zone is unlocked, then I'll go ahead and update the rules to add in the mysterious second realm.
6. Drama is ENCOURAGED! I'll announce when certain secrets are discovered, but outside of that, do whatever you please! Role plays are much better when there's some good ol' character drama.
7. Your own characters cannot be dating or in love with each other.
8. To make sure you've read these, put somewhere in your first post 'Gah, you're never online'. It's true I literally never am.

Personality: Yamaguchi is a pretty shy person who relies on others. Though he is generally a nice person, he tends to snicker along or join in with his friend whenever he's mocking others. He is very hardworking, as he often seeks out extra help when he doesn't understand something or feels like he needs it. He sometimes has bursts of confidence, in which he will stand up to people he never would've stood up to before.
History: Yamaguchi had a typical childhood, although he was bullied throughout elementary school. He would never stand up to these bullies, and one day someone noticed this. The boy stopped the bullies from bullying Yamaguchi, and the two became extremely good friends. Yamaguchi also played volleyball, although he was never really good. He knew this, and would often seek out extra help to help him improve his skills. Currently, his team is doing pretty well, but he doesn't pay much attention anymore since he got his own VRB.
Powers/Abilities: He's a pretty good server in volleyball.
Appearance: Yamaguchi is a young-looking boy with an average build. He has short black hair, often portrayed as brown or even green with a flyaway piece of hair sticking up at the top. Back in middle school, he was teased for his freckles and overall scrawniness. He seems to have grown into it now, and isn't bothered about it as much. Outside of volleyball matches and practice, Yamaguchi wears a black gakuran, his school's uniform.

In game, his hair is tied back into a loose small ponytail that he takes out only in battle.

Personality: Minami is an incredibly innocent and bright young boy that is in love with ice skating. Even though he is naive, he knows when he is and isn't prepared for a challenge. He looks up to an up and coming Japanese skater called Yuri Katsuki, and has even skated against him multiple times. He is very kind, always cheering on his friends, and also gets easily saddened. Despite being 17, he acts quite childishly.
History: There isn't much known about Minami's past, except for the fact that he loves ice skating. He's been ice skating for quite a while now, and just recently lost a competition against one of his idols, Yuuri Katsuki. He wasn't too saddened by this, as he got to skate against his idol, but he'll have to wait until next year for another chance. This gives him a lot of time to get immersed in his VRB.
Powers/Abilities: He is a fantastic ice skater.
Appearance: Minami has dirty blonde hair with a small portion dyed red in the front. He has brown eyes and a small pointy tooth that sticks out of his mouth. He's 5'2 with olive skin.

Personality: Kyoko is a stoic and mysterious girl who tends to hide her feelings. She has a calm demeanor and tends to be completely unfazed by most of the events that occur, even at the sight of a dead body. Kyoko is also sees objectively and doesn't jump to conclusions.
History: Kyoko comes from a family of famous detectives. Her father, Jin Kirigiri, wasn't interested in succeeding the family and left after Kyoko's mother died when Kyoko was still a little girl. He eventually became the headmaster of Hope's Peak Academy.
Kyoko became very close with her grandfather, Fuhito, who taught her all she currently knows in the detective business, and he protected her from anything he deemed a threat. During high school, Kyoko was put through the Killing School Life at Hope's Peak. If you want to read about that, go here. She survived this, and was released back into the real world. One of her first purchases once she got settled back into normal life was a VRB.
Powers/Abilities: She was given the title 'Super High School Level Detective' for a reason. She is an exceptional detective, having started detective work when she was very young.
Appearance: She is 5'6", with purple eyes and a pale complexion. She wears her lavender hair down and with a braid on the side, tied with a black ribbon. Her outfit consists of a dark purple collared jacket over a white blouse and brown tie, along with a black short skirt and heeled knee-high boots. She always wears her custom-made black gloves to conceal the burn marks on her hands that she had received back when she was an amateur detective.

Other: I'm playing her as she is after the first game, but I'm adjusting what happens after they got out so that she can fit in this.

Appearance: In game, Kyoko has her hair tied back into a ponytail. It leaves two strands of hair loose. They are both braided, and one is on the left side of her head, the other on her right. She has a black skirt, similar to the one she wears in real life, and black knee-high boots with white leggings underneath. Her shoes have magenta glowing lines running through them.

Personality: Hinata is very exuberant, having a cheerful and energetic personality. He is a natural schmoozer, a quality that his teammates occasionally use to win someone over. Hinata is also very easily excited and often talks loudly; he is the third loudest member of his volleyball team. His friendly personality allows him to befriend even the quietest of people effortlessly. However, despite his generally bubbly exterior, Hinata is also shown to have a serious attitude, particularly when it comes to volleyball. His intense love for the sport is demonstrated through his impressive display of tenacity that stems from his constant desire to improve his abilities. Hinata does poorly in school since he too is preoccupied with volleyball.
History: Hinata lived a completely normal life of a boy who began a love for volleyball in middle school. A male team was never created, though, until his last year, when they lost miserably in their first match. Upon entering high school, he was placed on a team with his ultimate rival, and had to learn to become paired up with him. He is on the same team as, and is friends with, Yamaguchi, but also hasn't payed much attention to volleyball since the VRB.
Powers/Abilities: He can spike like nobody's business.
Appearance: Hinata is 5'4", making him the second shortest person on his team. He has unruly, orange hair and brown eyes. He has a relatively thin build and a short stature, characteristics which often leads him to be mistaken for a junior high student. Hinata typically attires in his Karasuno school uniform with a black jacket and black pants. Beneath his jacket is a beige or tan sweatshirt.

Powers/Abilities: really flippin' tall. calm and collected; throughly analyzes what's going on around him, which allows for quick decision-making.

Appearance: kei is incredibly tall, at 6'3 and weighs about one hundred and fifty pounds. he has short, curly-ish blonde hair, thin eyebrows, and golden-brown eyes. he has a pretty average build for for an athletic person of his weight and height. outside of his volleyball uniform, it's typically for kei to wear his school's uniform.
Personality: although intelligent, tsukishima is rather blunt, and frequently wields his tongue to rile up those around him. he finds straightforward, earnest attitudes to be annoying, due to past experiences. while he does keep up an outward image of nonchalance, there are activities which he has grown to be passionate about overtime.
History: as a child, kei absolutely idolized his elder brother akiteru. his brother was very passionate about volleyball, and the ace of his middle school team, and it was his own passion for volleyball that likely ignited kei's own. however, this changed when akiteru started high school. although he practiced incredibly hard, akiteru failed to make it onto the starting line-up, or even bench, of his high school volleyball team. despite this, he lies to his littler brother when asked about the club, claiming himself to be the ace of the team. when kei discovered these falsities, his outlook drastically changes on life as a whole, and he begins to believe that he should no longer put a lot effort into what he does, to avoid being let down should he fail. sometime in elementary school kei happened to be walking home [i don't remember, rip] when he saw a pack of bullies surrounding a freckled boy. he stood up to these bullies, [well kinda; called them pathetic] and over the years became close friends with yamaguchi tadashi, the boy being bullied.

Appearance: kei's appearance remains much the same. he didn't really bother to change much, so his game appearance is practically the same to his real appearance, sans the glasses. attire-wise, he wears a large, dark-brown cloak to conceal his weapons and occasionally identity. underneath this, he wears a black combat vest with a multitude of pockets, white long-sleeved shirt, cargo pants, and hiking boots.

Weapon: tsukishima uses a wide range of explosives, which are then chucked/slingshotted in the general direction of the enemy itself. depending on what kind he has on him, these explosives have a wide range of effects. some are explosive-explosives, while others contain traps, such as netting or flash bombs. these explosives are kept in his bag and utility belt. he builds most of them himself, and obtains the rest from local shopkeepers. in addition, he keeps a dagger for close combat, since it's kinda hard to utilize explosives when you'd probably explode too.

Personality: Kagome is a kind girl with a pure and gentle heart, who can be slightly quirky at times. She never hesitates to help those who need it, and is loyal to those she believes deserve that loyalty, and is unforgiving towards those that go against her sense of justice. Kagome is never afraid to voice her opinion on what is right and what is wrong. Despite being sweet and kind and seemingly innocent, she has a tendency to be violent when upset, and is unfazed by gore, death, violence, and other horrors. She is an emotional girl, and even if she never says a word, you can tell what she is feeling. She can be blunt at times, but never means to harm a friend with her words.
History: Kagome lived a normal life until she was pulled through her family's sacred well and thrown out of another one fifty years in the past. She met many magical beings and dealt with a number of evil ones, and made a good friend out of nearly as many, especially a half demon named Inuyasha. After returning home, Kagome missed the magical mishap and bought her VRB and has been using it nearly 24/7 ever since.
