On international, I priced this Percheron
for 25ke in direct sales and enabled
negotiable. Would that be an okay price
or should it be lowered? She still has all
coverings available.

I believe that this is a fair price for her as she has all her coverings left. I tend to sell then for 20-25ke with all coverings left (same goes for other drafts and donkeys).

Most decent horses that get sold are gelded and they don't sell the mares, as they don't want people to be able to compete with them GP wise- unless people can breed that high by themselves. I personally hate the practice, but it's been going on forever.

I once bought two stallions and a mare with a high GP (they all won rosettes), but that was some time ago (the mare from the beginning of 2016 and the other two from 2014). I didn't buy any of them for passes and usually also not from a team. So it was once possible (don't know if it still is..) but well.. Oh and it was on the German server.

It is possible, if your lucky. But if it does happen they probably sell fast, so it's not noticed. And i am not on the German server, only UK and International and it doesn't happen much at all on those two, but on the others it might do.
Some breedable breeds get sold a few hundred points off the top GP, but some breeds get sold miles away from the top GP.

I genuinely don't know why i bother breeding Hanoverian Unicorns on UK. I HAVE THE WORST LUCK EVER!!!!!!!!!!
My first mare i bought and bupped: Bred 18 times. Had 4 uni foals. (Two of wich are twins with Hestia's and another two my breeding partner got from her while she changed her affix, so only one legit non-cheating uni foal bred by me.)
Second mare- first i bred and blupped: Bred 13 times and has not had a SINGLE UNI FOAL!!!!!! It's my Knab uni mare all over again. xD While her twin has been bred 12 times and had 4 uni foals.
Third mare- bred by my partner, blupped by me: Bred 6 times and has also NOT HAD A SINGLE UNI FOAL!!!!!!

I just give up!

Then i go buy old blupped unis to breed a few times before selling them on and i get uni foals from them. xD Got an Arabian Uni the other day.

Technially i don't think swapping horses is allowed, but i cannot quite recall. I'm on so many sites, i don't remember the rules for them all, heh.
However i might have done it in the past, though i cannot recall, but i wouldn't reccommend it, as it's an easy way to get scammed. I'd suggest selling the horse and using what you get to buy what you want.
