Nah, they're probably just not coming. We often don't get Thanksgiving pets. Remember, only the US celebrates Thanksgiving (Well, Canada does too, but that was a month ago), and CS is headquartered in New Zealand.

Does anyone know what the symbols on the draft horses mean? They looked like kanji to me but I have no idea.

Tonight's says life, the previous one says friend. They're in Chinese, I believe, though friend at least is the same in Chinese and Japanese.

The veterans day items were released on time, on November 11th, CS time. o.o
I think staff probably chose to commemorate veterans day instead of thanksgiving this year, honestly.

Am I the only one that's a bit confused by the draft horses? We got to adopt a good handful of them, so it seems weird that we're apparently only getting three outcomes...

xxxxxI personally don't think it seems weird. The outcomes will just all be a lower rarity or something. Not every litter will have one more common, a few in the middle rarity and one uncommon outcome; not every litter has four to six outcomes. There will be litters with just two or three outcomes; this has happened plenty in the past. Plus, the Advent Calendar is drawing closer, so keep that in mind- there will be loads of new items and pets to get ahold of. I'm personally very grateful that November gives the community kind of a break between the staff litter of September and the Halloween event last month, and the Advent Calendar in December

I found the red string interesting; in Greco-Roman mythology don't the Fates control life forces/fate that is represented by string, traditionally red, if I recall correctly? But yes, the character means "life" in Chinese

I just mean it's a bit odd that we got to adopt so many, and yet we only have seemingly 3 outcomes. Normally, if it's a smaller litter, we would only be able to adopt 4-6. With how many we could adopt, I was expecting splits.
