There is a video game I would like to make a club about but there is a thread about it currently up. However it has fallen inactive, the thread owner not appearing to have been online since the summer and the last few posts are unaccepted forms by interested members. Is there a specific time limit where a club would be eligible to be remade because of the inactivity?

It seems to me that there are a lot of clubs regarding certain topics that are just plain inactive. I don't understand why there isn't but shouldn't there be a rule that addresses clubs that have been left untouched for months?

I am asking this because I can't seem to find an active Marvel fan club though I have been looking.
