How do you get a drawing session?

Click on "Art" at the top of the screen, then go to "Beginner's Oekaki"
You should see an option that says "New Drawing" next to the search bar underneath "Oekaki Rules and Information."
Click that and then it'll ask you for a canvas size and such.

Just to add, the number of drawing sessions increases when you save your work and continue it later.
