Lightpaw nodded, feeling his attention drift away for a moment. Suddenly an image of Rosepaw and Bramblepaw together made him unsheathe his claws, but the momentary anger disappeared as quickly as it had come. Lightpaw quickly sheathed his claws again, hoping neither Robinfeather or Phantompaw had noticed.

Following Robinfeather, Lightpaw contented himself with answering Phantompaw's question, even though she had ducked her head and had said 'never mind'. "It would be nice to fly," he admitted, with a faint smile. "We would never get sore paws again."
