Riverwing sighed, growing bored with just walking. She returned to her rabbit, and unburied it, and took it back to camp.

Rosefeather nodded, "It definately is, it would be better if there weren't so many insects this time of year" She groaned, she swatted a large bug out of the air with her long fluffy tail. She let her mind wonder to Wolfstar, she wondered what he thought of her. She had always admired him but, he was leader; he would never feel the same. She would just have to find someone else that loved her like she loved them.

Birdsong smiled lightly to the little cat, she pulled the thorn out of his paw and then grabbed some moss and pressed it against the wound. "Would you like something for the pain? Then I'll give you some honey" She smiled sweetly at Sparrowpaw.

Wolfstar : He wandered through the forest, re-scenting the border as he did. He yawned, taking in the scents around him. Something different was mixed with the scents of the forest. It smelled cat-like, but also dog-like. But as he padded closer to it, all their was was an old bone, and the scent was stale. He nudged the bone into a stream, grimacing by it's awful smell.

Riverwing put the rabbit in the pile next to her three mice, and then she padded to the edge of camp, and settled down. She watched the cats around her. She felt shy, but wary also.

[wolfie!]

Wolfstar : He padded warily back to camp, trying to remember what the smell scented like. Was it anything that Robin told him about? {Once I write his history, you'll know who Robin is.} No. Robin hadn't told him anything about catdogs. Why would a cat have anything to do with a dog? He stammered in his mind, his eyes narrowed.

Hiddenmist blinked his large hazel eyes, nodding in greeting to she-cat. "She's asleep as usual" He offered Shimmerswan a slight smile, but soon averted his gaze. "You're...Shimmerstar, right?" He asked light heartedly, his whiskers twitching slightly. He was quite honestly thankful Shimmerstar was sitting on the side of him where his hideous scar could not be viewed. "How are you today?" He glanced sideway's at her.

Redeye pressed himself to the ground, his underbelly brushing against the earth. He crept slowly closer to his prey, making sure he was down-wind. With a mighty hiss, he leaped at the bird. But a second to late it seemed. As soon as he had made a sound, the bird had taken to the sky, spreading it's feather's and lending the wind's power to fly away.

Rose continued her scenting, attempting to find the mouse she'd smelt not so long ago. Her kittypet collar gave off small jingling noises, ruining any chances she had of catching prey. "Well that’s weird! It was here a second ago..." She muttered still sniffing about.

Riverwing laid her head in her paws, her eyes drooping. She dreamed of her old life, but then woke a few minutes later. She shook her head to stay awake. The she-cat rolled onto her back.

Rainflower : Trying to sniff out the same mouse Rose was trying to, she stepped into a small clearing, seeing Rose. She tilted her head. She'd never met a loner before. "Who are you?" She asked calmly, bracing herself just incase the she-cat was violent.

Rosefeather finished up the patrol and headed back to camp, her thoughts were pounding against her head. And she had no one. She sighed as remembered that her family was dead, Rosefeather was alone; utterly alone. She wished she had someone to talk to, a friend, or a sibling but she didn't and as her mind wandered down the path of depression she imagined she never would have anyone, that she would be alone forever.

Riverwing watched and upsidedown Rosefeather come into camp. She smiled, and pawed at the air, rubbing her back against the ground.
