Welcome to the army fanbase IdolDream!




I wanted to say that with this recent comeback I'm really proud of all the members. They each opened up and showed us a personal part of their lives in their solo songs. So, I wanted to make a quick list of each member and what they did to make me proud.

Jin - His dancing improved a lot, and you can tell he is putting a lot of effort into the choreography. His solo song is really amazing, and it makes me really proud to see the company giving them all their own addition to the album. Also his hair is goals of my life
Yoongi - His solo song is really touching and emotionally powerful. When I heard that he cried while recording it, I listened to it again and realized that he has shown us so much of his personal struggles and has opened up to the fans a lot recently. It makes me really proud to know that he has gotten through his mental illness with the support of his fellow members.
J Hope - Okay. His intro killed everyone. His dance killed everyone. His rapping. His singing. His fricken flame hair. He is actually on fire. Even the members were joking about it being the j hope era. And if you watch the performance reaction videos, it's basically the members fanboying over j hope.
Rap Monster - He helped write almost all (If not all) the songs on the album. I love how he helped everyone to write their solo songs. I wonder how much time he spent with the other member writing and practicing. Also, his singing voice is very good. Apparently it took him 5 minutes to write his part of cypher part 4
Jimin - His dedication to the fans is incredible. This era he became more defined, his cheekbones are more prominent, and he is more muscly. The fans noticed and started talking about how they missed mochi Jimin, and he told the fans that if they wanted him to be mochi that he would gain weight and eat more. I can't believe he would be willing to change his looks for us. He's already perfect! And his shoulder jacket throwing dance kills me Also his solo song is my fav, be smooth like a snakeu
V - He has really proved his vocals during this album. When Rap monster was reviewing the album on V app, he talked about everyone's songs except Taehyung's. He said that Tae's song was really personal and that he wasn't going to explain it, he would let Tae explain it. I am really curious to find out what it's about. And his hair is really beautiful. (But he covers it with hats a lot)
Jungkook - His solo song makes me cry, and the story behind it is really beautiful. He has really grown up in the past 3 years of BTS. He has been more confident lately. His handstand lowering dance move is crazy too! Like how does he even do that!!! #Jungshook

Anyways, just wanted to write that all out. I'm proud of them. This album is one where I never skip any of the songs, because they are all so amazing and even though they are all different genre wise, they all sound so good together.
I can't wait to see the music they make in the future. I've been an Army for about 3 months, and it has been amazing. I made new friends, got inspired to dance and read and make art.
Some of my friends think it is weird to be a fan of music from another country. I have found that listening to their music has made me appreciate a whole new culture, and learn so much about a place I would have not learned about in any other circumstance.
Anyways! This was a really long blabble. Thank you guys for making this forum so I can share things like this.

my dear lord. BTS never disappoints.

First of all, I'm so sorry for poor Taehyung. He kept it in for months and he must have been absolutely heartbroken. The woman who raised him for 14 years passed away on September 3rd this year. here's a link to the vid if you haven't seen it. She must have been truly amazing to have raised a person who is so genuinely affectionate, pure, and honest.

Second, holy crap, Tony Montana ft. Jimin has me shook and it wasn't just the fact that the video recording was shaky as heck.
*coughing* YOONMIN. YOONMIN. YOONMIN. *crazed coughing* Yoonmin needs to be a unit. this was all the evidence you could possibly need.

and oh my great goodness, House of ARMY is probably the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I live that life every day and yet suddenly when they do it, it seems like a dream come true dear god. I mean, except for the part where Jin is a somewhat stalkery postman/banana/flower/cuckoo clock and Jimin is a sexy dog, and the fact that they're all beautiful. And the part where it ended happily because I assume they all got tickets. You know, just that small part. It was beautiful. Not sure what I was watching but it was beautiful.

and there was new (?) choreography for fire that was absolutely fabulous.

And House of ARMY is a masterpiece. My favourite one on this was Jin as a frickin banana and J-Hope as the mother. The role suits him so well omg. I think it was really cute when J-Hope said that his favourite member of the group was Jin because he played no really important roles in that short film and I was like " Naaaaw ;A; <3"
