I'd say it's a little unfair to you yet - they should add something in the area of a late 2010-early 2011 uncommon to their side and then it'd be fine. :)

Maybe just a little unfair to your side, maybe just an older pet on their side, from 2012-2010, maybe an uncommon or rare, and that would even it out.

To be honest, I wouldn't accept either of them and just keep the cat. Because the demand for sitting cats is really high and both of those don't add up to your side.

The first one is at least fair rarity and date wise. The second isn't fair date wise.
But I agree with mesmerize, : sitting cats have really high demand and can go for a high demand '09 Rare to 2-3 average demand '09 Rares.
