Smokepaw smiled, pushing her thoughts aside. "Want to grab something to eat?" she asked.

After a few more minutes of relaxing near the stream, Littleheart stood and shook her pelt free of any dust her fur had collected. The clan would need her for patrols soon, so she headed back to camp, peering around at the different cats once she entered. Littleheart approached Ashenbriar with a soft smile, dipping her head slightly in a respectful greeting. "Mind if I join your patrol?" She asked the tom.

Not even a moon had passed since Oliver, now Acornpaw, was accepted into the clan. Of course, not everyone had fully accepted him yet, as he still hadn't done anything particularly courageous to allow them to accept him. Acornpaw stirred in the apprentice's den, still feeling restless. He had been awake most of the night, only getting a few hours of sleep before he woke in the late morning; he felt too excited to sleep! Each day had been a surprise for him, and today he hoped to finally go out on his first patrol. He just prayed that he wasn't too late as he rushed out of the den into camp, glancing over at each cat. Nobody looked like they were organizing anything, so he sat next to the den, waiting patiently for a warrior to approach him.

Ashenbriar dipped his head in return. "Well, with this storm, I don't know if we'll be going out again. It's dangerous. Marigoldpool almost drowned in the river, and the patrols had a hard time getting back," the tom explained.

Lilymoon chuckled as Cherrypaw darted away, "yup, she seems just fine." She turned back to Longlegs, "sorry for leaving you there." She purred and brushed her tail against him. "Maybe we could take shelter in the warrior's den..." she said with a glint in her eye.

Cherrypaw nodded her head in agreement, "We should also probably move the freshkill somewhere dry so it doesn't get all soggy."

Thistlepaw nodded, suddenly filled with determination. Raindrops were falling on the two apprentices but Thistlepaw ignored them, he was set on his task of battling Falconpaw. The older apprentice was larger and more skilled than him so he had to use his size to his advantage. The leap and hold move would be most effective here but not very impressive, Thistlepaw mused. He thought about this for a moment and then crouched down, ready to spar.

"Ok," Smokepaw said, heading over to the fresh kill pile and grabbing a few pieces and tugging them to a drier place.

"Of course." he mewed smiling and twinning her tail with his. He led her to the warriors den slipping in, it was pretty much empty for about one or two cats. he talked quietly with her and said "how would you feel about having a second litter?" he mewed touching her nose gently.

Cherrypaw helps Smokepaw move the deal animals to a drier place, out of the rain before grabbing a small mouse for herself.

Smokepaw, unsure if she should ask to share a piece of prey, hesitates, and when Cherrypaw picks out a mouse for herself Smokepaw sighs inwardly and grabs a shrew.

SandWillow purred, "I need to talk with NightClaw." She said as they entered camp.

SparrowWing || Tags?: Open

SparrowWing sat at the the edge of camp, wincing as he was pelted by rain. He quickly drew himself back into camp.

RiverWhisper || Tgas?: Open

RiverWhisper raced through the mud and pelting rain. He hadn't felt this good in a long time. Suddenly, he heard a loud whoosh. RiverWhisper looked up in horror at large mounds of mud suddenly bearing down on him. He yowled as he was buried beneath the loose rocks and mud.

(Anyone can save him. Just bored so yeah.)
