Nala the pup/ 10 weeks old/ Female/Tags: Rilo
My tummy started making those growling noises, indicating that it wanted food. Food, food was something that you had to catch. Most prey was fast, to fast for a pup to even catch. I could smell a pack close by, maybe I could steal some of their prey. No!, I shook my head at the thought of stealing the packs food. My mother had taught me to never steal from a pack, but I was so hungry. Maybe if I just snuck into their territory, steal something small, then run out as fast as I can. I glanced up at the sky, "mother, father, why can't this be easier? Why did you have to leave me? Because you didn't leave me," I sighed. "I'm the one that made you." I stopped talking as I got scent of a wolf. I raised my tail up, and pulled back my lips. I had to show this pack wolf that I'm not a force to be reckoned with. I remember what my father once told me, even if you're small, you can still scare off adult wolves. All you have to do is show that you aren't scared of death.
I'm a dog musher, in the United States. I mostly do sprint but plan on doing a few mid-distance races.
