Swiftheart lifted his head. 'Mistypaw! It's me, Swiftheart. I wanted to know if you were alright. I spoke to Icewhisker when I saw you rush off but she didn't tell me much. Do you want to talk?'

Rainwing kept her paws around her kits, hoping to shield them from the sickness as she waited for Willowshades reply, tail twitching in fear

Sandpaw looked around camp and saw Blackstripe leaving camp with Nightpelt. She ran after them, fear quickening her steps. 'Blackstripe!' She gasped. 'Nightpelt! I... I saw... they are sick... don't know...' she stammered, the young apprentice staring helplessly

Nightpelt looked at the scared apprentice and put his nose to her head, "Calm down." He pulled back and looked into her eyes, "we know there are some sick cats. We are going to get some herbs mainly catmint." He spoke in his usually calm soft tone as his soft eyes looked into her frightened ones.

The apprentice sighed, ripping the blade of grass out of the ground. Greencough was spreading and their leader had lost a life, kits were in danger, and here he was, playing in the dirt. The orange tom headed towards the center of camp, hoping to find something to distract him.

Talon lifted his head up as he heard Blackstripe...no, multiple cats outside of his den. He stood up on his paws, walking to the outer rim of his den and looking at the cluster of three cats. "Uh...what's going on here?"

Rainwing nodded, relieved. She called out for any healthy cats to come with her. 'Redpaw?' She spoke to the apprentice in her usual soft tone, however with a bit of emergency. 'Would you come with me and my kits to find some place to stay until the sickness passes? I need a trustworthy cat to help protect Ripplekit and Wavekit.'

Sandpaw calmed down a little, nodding at Nightpelts words. 'A... alright...' She still looked skittish - this was her first time dealing with something like this.

Swiftheart shrugged, before agreeing. 'I promise I won't think you are crazy.'
