splashclan and ledgeclan never used to be neighbouring clans. ledgeclan use
d to be the only clan in this territory. however, when a tragic event known a
s the big wave struck splashclan's past territory, many cats died and the very
few remaining cats were forced to leave. they moved into a new territory wi
th the same familiar sand and sea. above them, another clan lived on a smal
l cliff overlooking the ocean. ledgeclan does not trust these cats at all, and t
hey don't hold gatherings. but in the midst of their disputes, starclan has cho
sen cats from both clans to solve these arguements with very strong powers.

splashclan's camp can be found in the middle of some dunes at a beach
, a sandy clearing with plenty of space. tall, spiky grass acts as the clan
's barrier. it's not far from the beach, but high enough that there shoul
dn't be any flooding. the cats hunt rabbits and birds in the dunes, as th
ey are the most common prey. seagulls often flock at the edge of the s
ea, but they aren't hunted often as it is difficult to hunt at the beach. t
he majority of the dens were built by the cats when they first arrived, a
nd are made from the grass, twigs and brambles found in the dunes. ho
wever the medicine cat's den is a separate clearing that is smaller, but
there is a short, narrow path leading to it. the grass barrier is thicker h
ere, providing more insulation to keep patients warm. meetings are als
o held on the highrock, a large boulder in the centre of camp. that the
leader stands on to speak with the clan.

ＬＥＤＧＥＣＬＡＮ
ledgeclan reside on a small cliff that overlooks the beach and splashclan
's dunes. here there is a dense forest, and ledgclan's camp can be found
at the centre in a grassy clearing. this clan hunts woodland creatures su
ch as mice and birds, but the occasional rabbit is also caught. these cats
prefer to stay away from the ocean, but there is a rocky, natural ramp l
eading down the cliff and into the dunes. most dens are made from bra
mbles and twigs, but the leader's den is an abandoned fox set at the foo
t of the highstump where meetings are held.

other
the star cave is a large opening in the cliff face that can only be reached
by walking along the beach. medicine cats and leaders come here to com
municate with starclan, but even medicine cats are wary of each other.
