Ashrunner followed Reedheart once she noticed her son and daughter were not with her. She jumped back as her son turned his now-ravaged face to them.


Hailkit blinked the blood away, shaking. ``Momma . . .``

Reedheart sighed," What happened then..." He looked at Hailkit seeing if it was bad and decided what herbs to get.

Ashrunner hissed. ``Who did this to you, Hailkit?``

The tomkit shrunk down, fear lining his pelt and face. ``I. . . I got hit by a rock. . . a sharp rock. . . it cut my face, I . . I can't see out of my eye!`` The tom wailed. There was a cleft atop his lip where the rock cut it.

Poppykit frowned at her brother then looked at her mother then to Reedheart. "I think some herbs would be nice. Maybe a cob web would help as well to sop the bleeding." She licked his wound again making sure no infection was in.

Reedheart nodded and grabbed cobwebs and some others to help wounds like goldenrod, then came running back," Ashrunner, would you mind helping?" Reedheart asked.

Duskpelt scented a strong scent of cat near he and a camp, he smirked and started to think of a way they could let him in.

Ashrunner bent near her son, nudging Poppykit away. ``Go tell Mousestar to hold the meeting.`` She began to lick him fiercely.

Hailkit squealed as his mother's rough tongue slid over his wound. ``Stop! That hurts!``

Reedheart looked at Hailkit, " Your mother's only trying to help." He told him and gently dabbed cobwebs on his head," Sorry if this hurts..." Reedheart looked at Ashrunner to see if he was doing it right.

Duskpelt just causally strolled in, but as he got in the camp, he hide behind certain dens to see what the clan cats were doing.
