Just wanted to know, how do you get to the manes, scarves, wings, etc? (sorry, I'm new with this type of coloring)

When you go to color it, there will be lots of layers that are named by whatever extra they have on them. Just make that layer visible (by clicking the circle on the layer its on) and then erase the lines and shading below it that wouldn't be visible if it was there.

How do you do it so that you can put on different tails and ears, and delete the real line's tail and ears? When I try to change them, the line's one's stay there! ._.
