Though they seem to be caused by the little one being a butthole and attacking the elderly ones back legs from behind. And at some point the old dude just won't stand for that anymore and catches him and they fight.

The young one always tries to wrestle with the old one, which makes the old one mad, from my experience. Playing with the young one to get all their energy out every day is important, but you still may need to save the old one from being attacked. That's what I've had to do. ._.

so i'm going to my grandma's house for 4 days for thanksgiving.
i want to bring my cat, but i find out there'll be eleven people in all staying at the house (including my family)
and of course they're all fine with cats but will honey be fine with living in the same house as eleven other people- six of which she doesn't recognise? she's not good with new people and has bad manners. she scratches and bites quite a bit.
so i want to bring her at the same time; i think of her almost as my child and i'd always be missing her.
i'd be almost... empty without her. i want to find out a way to bring her without causing too much trouble.
the house is in new york city, so i can't keep her outside. she's pretty big, but usually stays compact,
and my grandma isn't exactly the quietest person in the universe. (she stomps around a lot)
it seems like a lot to read but it's not, i promise. i'm highlighting the important stuff.

I agree, you should consider keeping her home.
Do you have any friends or relatives or even neighbors who you'd trust to check up on her?
You could also leave out a full bowl of dry food and a good amount of fresh water, as well as full access to at least one litterbox.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but she wouldn't starve in 4 days. We've had to leave our cat alone for a couple days at a time, and he.. didn't really seem to care much at all.
Consider this, you might like her being there, but she will be very stressed and confused, and probably scared. She might get in the way, might make a mess due to not knowing where her temporary litterbox is, or she might even get out if someone happens to leave a window or door open for too long. And that could be very dangerous. I think you should really consider what would be best for her in this situation.
