If someone has gone inactive and asks you not to trade what do you do, I no longer want the character, can i trade it or give it away?

{- Personally I would note or P.M them saying that since they have became unactive, you are going to trade/get rid of the design, then give them the information of who the design is going to, That way eventually the will have to see it so that they are informed. Its unfair to you in that circumstance. As long as you give them the information im sure it should be fine^^ -}

{- Also I wanted to share this piece of Caroline I got from Okoe! They missed her tan spots above her eyes but that should e fixed soon^^ -}
