countless moons ago, a cat by the name of sky came across a massive hole in the ground. as he wandered down the cliff, he discovered many holes in the rock walls, where he presumed other animals slept before him. at the bottom, he stood in the middle, overlooking the camp. a sense of longing tugged at his heart, a sense of leadership. he wanted to lead. he took the matters into his own paws and traveled around the new territory, recruiting any cat he came across. he gained large numbers, and soon came to call him and his cats skyclan. ever since, they adopted many of the traditional clan rules along with making their own. generations later, however, things have been acting up in this deeply loyal clan. threats are arising and the clan is unsure of what to do.

will skyclan be able to remain in their home or will they be forced out by the outside threats?

i. make sure you read both the animal based roleplay rules and the semi-literate rules! if you need a refresher, they can be found here and here.
ii. this roleplay is going to be full of drama! therefore, more drama is encouraged, however, if it is something dramatic, please pm me about it!
iii. there is no character limit or requirement. all i ask is that genders should almost be even within the roleplay.
iv. this is semi-literate to literate, so please have around one paragraph of 500 words.
v. pre-made crushes and mates are welcome!

vii. if you want a specific rank such as leader, deputy, medicine cat, etc, please pm me before posting on the discussion thread! it will help keep confusion out of the way and make the roleplay more organized.

all around the gorge is forest. its not a dense forest, but it does good enough to hide skyclans camp. as you approach the gorge, there is a dirt path that starts to lead down the ravine. as youre traveling down, there is a large cave on the right. that is the leaders den. as you turn and begin to go down again, the warriors den and the nursery are located besides one another. turning to the right once more, still going down, the elders den is located near the bottom of the gorge. lastly, on the last slope, there is the apprentices den. once on the ground, there is the medicine cats den, which is located besides a stream running through the camp. there is a pile of rocks where the clan stores their prey and where the leader calls meetings.

on the outskirts of the gorge, however, there are many twoleg dens and a lake. the twolegs are more prominent in the summers, and they often bring along their dogs.

tradition one

skyclan is a friendly clan, thus welcoming all of their visitors. however, there are conditions, expanding the warrior code to the visitors. visiting cats must hunt everyday. skyclan will not train visiting cats to fight unless they decide to stay with the clan for longer than a moon. if the visitor seems dangerous, they must leave. lastly, skyclan does not offer itself to the highest bidder as a fighting force.

tradition two

every full moon skyclan has a gathering of their own. there, the leader often praises their clan, and talks about how the clan has done overall. during this time, any cat is able to speak their feelings about any issues or anything they feel that they accomplished.
