It had been countless years since she reformed to discover she had been abandoned by the gem she was dedicated to, that her people had left her gem exposed on the battlefield as they left earth and destroyed the minds of all gems that were able to hear the song of corruption sung by the three remaining diamonds. and ever since she's been aimlessly wandering the earth with no purpose, no one to serve. she tried serving humans, but they just died. she tired following corrupted gems, waiting for them to need her help. she tired even healing and communicating with them, but with no luck. she had traveled great distances all around, but never saw signs of any other gems that were still together. she had accepted she was the last gem that wasn't broken, the last gem that knew who she was. at least, as far as being on this planet went.

This was no human, this was no corrupted being, it was a healthy, sentient, gem and there was no doubting that. if she were to turn around or another were to notice her, there would be no possible way she'd be unseen, she couldn't be more than half a mile away from them. she found herself completely awe-struck, motionless, overjoyed, and full of fear. she could do no more than to hope she wasn't aggressive
