Is it true that the seal PPS store dogs are, in general, particularly high-demand? If so, how much overpay should be expected?

Uh, not really true.
They go for fair trades and sometimes underpay :U It's quite uncommon to see one go for overpay.
Though, if someone do overpay for it, maybe 1-3 2009 rares of overpay.

I'm not sure if this is where I post it, but what is worth more in demand: The Red Rose or The Lexi Cake Dog. I know rarity list wise the cake dog is 2 tiers above but I'm not sure about demand. (I wasn't sure if this goes in fair trade thread but it isn't a trade so I thought I'd try here)
