super common: no extra qualities!
common: colored eye whites, horns, dragon spine
uncommon: bi colored underbelly/wing fill, diseases/defects, (ex: blindness, abnormally sickly, etc.) extra fluff/fur, (disclaimer: dragon spines don't count as extra fluff/fur) glow/sparkle, edited ears
rare: mutations, different wings, magical qualities, complicated designs, over 4 colors
