The filly leaned into the stallion. "I'm loving this..." she muttered.

She chuckled softly. "I don't think I would mind that."



He chuckled. "Good."

Veteran chuckled and nudged her in a loving way. He thought about the last time he had ever been this happy. It was a tie between the time his mother used to play with him as a foal and when his brother had been born. He couldn't decide which one had been the happiest moment. He glanced at the edges of Belle's pretty eyes and sighed. This had to be his happiest moment.

Firefly snorted. The filly leaned into the stallion more and thought about her harsh past with her mother. No one had ever loved her like this before and it was all too new to her. A part of her was still frightened, but the other part was more than thrilled.

Belle smiled and nudged him back.



Renegade lifted his head for just a moment to place it over her neck in a sort of hug.

The stallion chuckled and went back to tickling the mare.

Firefly sighed softly and nibbled at his chest in a friendly gesture.

Belle giggled, twisting instinctively to try to avoid his tickling.


Renegade smiled and nibbled at her forelock.

Veteran smiled and used her twisting to his advantage and began tickling more areas.

The filly continued to groom the bigger stallion. Her nibbles were soft and gentle.

Belle giggled like a filly, turning her neck to avoid his tickling, though it didn't work.



Renegade sighed contentedly.

The stallion stopped his tickling just to allow her to breathe and calm down for a few moments. After those moments had passed, he resumed his tickling onslaught.

Firefly stopped and yawned softly. She was suddenly very very tired and seemed to have forgotten what they were looking for. Weren't they investigating an angry scream?
