Wheres the Rant thread for messages?

You have locked my topic! I was not begging for pets. I was simply saying that if anyone should ever quit CS to give thier pets to someone who can care and love for them! You have been foed and will not be allowed to post on ANY topics I create. Do NOT post on my topics or I will report you. I do not like to foe people... you are my first. BE ASHAMED!

Private message from a newbie thinking I locked their topic (It was asking for Free Pets pretty much so she/he could send them to people but still thats begging right?) I didn't even Report their topic! I was seeing if thats what they were doing or not
