so I just received this trade
and if anything it's slightly unfair to them I believe (their pet is from sept 09)
but I don't know demand-wise any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure your pet is a list? So then it wouldn't be fair for you at all, please correct me if wrong

The pet on her side is not a list. List pets have to be at least VR. I would say it is unfair to your side, as your pet is an 09' and the opposing side's pet is a re-release. Demand wise, again, your side. The blue santa dog would easily go for more than the green one, demand wise.

No, the pet is not a list. You can view the list here. (Pictured list is on pages 2 & 3. If you are unsure, don't answer, it makes it less confusing.
You can tell it's not a list because it's a 2nd gen.

And the trade is fair. Both dogs are within the 3 month rule :)

well I don't really think a re-release is worth less than the original
if anything rereleased pets lower the worth of an original as well, but that's a personal opinion

No, not really, it's unfair to you.
A 2013 UC is worth a 2015 rare so 3 of their rares is worth the 3 2013 UCs on your side. Though, uncommons and commons for rares is a good for the person receiving the rares since it's hard to trade UC/Cs for rares.
Personally, i would take it b/c rares are more valuable, but that's personal preference.
