He sniffs the air. "Go warn the Clan, Reedheart" Mousestar commands, springing up.

From the bush, two fox kits and a fox pop out of the bush

Reedheart glared and said," You do it, get the clan that you lead to help, you're our leader so you need to guide us!" He pounced in front of Mousestar and snarled at the foxes his tail lashing side to side.

"An order is an order... now go!" Mousestar yowled, prodding Reedheart's back with his paw, pushing him off to the side so the two fox wouldn't target him. "Go!"

Oaktail was out walking around the territory and scented a fox. Young one at that, he ran in the direction and saw the fox kits Reedheart and Mousestar. His fur stood on end as he went by his clan mates. "Need any help?"

Reedheart growled and didn't move for a few moments and looked at the foxes, then butted Mousestar over to the direction to the camp behind Oaktail and him,"I know you have nine lives, but you could still lose some! I would rather it be me than you!" He pleaded at him to go, and went to stand by Oaktail.

"Fine.. be careful, please... I'll be back" He bounded to the camp, yowling "FOX!!!"

Oaktail watched the foxes as they got closer to the cats and he hissed towards them. "Just go quick!" He ran to one of them and latched his claws onto its fur biting down. He was determined to keep these foxes away from camp. The other fox grabbed his hind leg trying to pull him off. When doing so some fur was ripped off.

Reedheart's eyes widened in shock as some of Oaktail's fur was ripped off, and snarled in anger, swiping at another one of the foxes and called as he did," I'm not leaving you here alone!" A fox swiping back, and cutting the edge of his whiskers off.

Oaktail nodded and stumbled on the ground then ran under the foxes legs and swiped its hind legs. He turned and bit it's tail hard enough to hear a crunch and draw blood. The fox yelped and whipped around trying to bite him before he jumped onto its back scratching it up. Blood dropped from his wound but he didn't dear let it slow him. He glanced at Reedheart and made sure he was alright as well as making sure the foxes wouldn't go after him or himself.

Reedheart chased the foxes further from camp and tried to knock some of the foxes into the water, the small foxes unable to swim. As he turned to the one on Oaktail's tail, and swiped at it, asking," Are you alright?" Checking the wound that the fox had dealt and looked for infections. " Don't worry, I know the medicine ways very well." He ensured Oaktail.
