Wisteria shook her head as she said, "No don't do that. I don't mind if you aren't around constantly. Just sometimes at least. I mean, I hardly saw my father as a kit and I didn't turn out to be too huge of a wreck right?" She was attempting to reassure the tom by making light of the situation. In reality she knew she wasn't exactly the best thing to try and compare their future kit to. Her clingy, easily jealous, trust issue ridden, grudge holding, occasionally temperamental self wasn't exactly the best role model but hey, she probably could have turned out even worse still.
Pikeflower still didn't understand what was going on but he attempted to comfort his daughter anyways. Locating her after she spoke was easy enough since he could simply move towards her voice until he could touch her. He gave her head slow, soothing licks while softly purring to try and calm her down while he began to think about just what might have happened that would so badly affect both his kits. Perhaps Mistyclaw actually did decide to run away again?

Bluecloud;;
"Sh-she's dead," Bluecloud whimpered, burying her head in her father's fur.
Adderstrike;;
"Nah, not too bad," Adderstrike joked. "We can be bad role models together." He touched his nose to his mate's, purring. "I'd love to have kits with you, Wisteria."

(mistyclaw died. thats the only real big thing i can think of)
Pikeflower frowned. Someone died? So that must be that figure on the ground. He leaned down to sniff at the body to see if he could figure out who it was and it immediately hit him. It was Mistyclaw. "O-Oh." He said as he pulled away from her body. His stuttering was mostly due to shock more than anything. "I'm sorry." He wasn't really sure what else to say. As much as he would like to believe that he was a comforting presence for those he loved, he wasn't very good at actually doing the comforting. Especially with words.
"What do you mean?" Wildpaw asked, "As I said, we were training. I could show you some of the moves if you like but nothing too hard. I don't want to break the warrior code by teaching you too much."
Wisteria gave a half smile of amusement and nodded her head slightly. "We'll be the best, worst parents together then." She said in a soft purr.
(i dunno. doesn't matter to me. however much people want to make but six max. her mother is a prolific breeder so she might as well be too but unlike her mother she will probably not have any other litters after this. otherwise if only one person wants to make her kit, then thats cool too it doesn't matter much to me)

Pikeflower didn't say anything as he watched his daughter's figure leave. What she said rang true though and he knew it. He didn't really feel much these days. Sure, he could feel bouts of happiness or sadness or other emotion but more often than not he reverted back to that strange numb feeling that often settled over him. It wasn't like he wanted to feel nothing and he sometimes tried show emotion when other seemed to expect it but to just put on a face and try to fake something he didn't really feel was mentally exhausting. Instead of moving away, he just stood there with a frown on his face.
