Tigerheart glanced around camp, not finding Lily. He sniffed the air, wanting to know where she was. I need to protect her... she was reckless, until I found her, or she saved me. She was a ticking bomb about to blow. He glanced at the nursery with narrowed eyes, pricking his ears. He padded into the nursery, hearing Darkshade and Whitefur insulting Lily. "Stop!" he growled, pushing them away from her. "You dont know what happened about her!" he snarled at Darkshade, any respect for her vanishing. "What did they say?" he mewed, shaking the Lily. Lily shut her eyes tighter, refusing to speak. He turned to Darkshade. "Just shut up! You dont know what happened to her. More than just the past, this was worse," he mewed, glancing at Whitefur , then at Darkshade, with hurt.

"She started insulting me Tigerheart. In the nursery." Whitefur said in a strean voice, not keeping her eyes off of Lily, wanting to explode.

Tigerheart stepped in front of Lily protectively. "She is a ticking bomb, Whitefur," he mewed, his eyes clouded. "You could have come to me, and told me. You dont know what you have done," he addded softly.

Darkshade shoved Tigerheart right back, eyes narrowed. 'Shut it, loverboy," she hissed. Turning to Lily she kept her cool gaze on her. "Stop it. NOw. Quit living in your past, there is no use. You only bring pain to yourself, trust me, I spent seasons living in my past before I came alive again." she siad, her tone softening, but still carrying the gruff edge to it. "And Tigerheart, she needs to come out of her past by herself, she can't have everyone being sweet to her, it won't work," she told him. "She needs to realize what she is doing to herself." she said, a flicker of some unknown emotion in her eyes. SHe calmed herself down, glancing at Tigerheart. "Trust me on this, Tigerheart, I know what needs to happen. Lily can't push her past away with you protecting her, she needs to find the strength on her own,"

Tigerheart growled at Darkshade, not moving. "You ruined her! I was getting her better, I really was. If you came to me, I would have stopped her. I know the right words to tell to her," he mewed calmly, then pushed Lily's arm down to show them the claw marks on it. "You dont know how many times I have stopped her from hurting herself- from scratching herself in her sleep to trying to jump of into the river... she helped me get better, and then opened up to me. I am trying to help her," he winced, glaring at Darkshade. "Now look at her!" he mewed, glancing at Lily. "I know how to take care of her... she was getting better. I thought you had dignity, Darkshade," he muttered, glancing at Whitefur. "And I thought you were that kind cat I fell inlove with," he winced at Whitefur.

Lily's head rung with yowls and screams. Pathetic you. Go drown yourself. Go live out in pain. You destroyed our family, we dont want you! The insults streamed through her mind, remembering her parents words. You brother is lost, taken by twolegs, and your other siblings killed. We trusted you, Lily, you threw that away.

Lionheart purred, "I know." Leaning agnest her, he lead the way out of camp. "Where would you like to hunt, or do you want to just lay in a sunny patch?"

Bluefur purred, "I will leave now, call me if you need anything Firesky!"

Sunstar took a step back, "Would you like to go hunting with me?"

Blazekit smiled at her mother, "No! I want to play!" She ran towards the warriors den, "Come on Petalkit!"

Snowstorm pushed his way inbetween the she-cats, "Thats enough! Now Lily, Please leave the nursery, go calm her Tigerheart." Then turned to Fallenstorm and Whitefur his snapped, "Stop! Both of you! Thats enough!"

Petalkit bounded ahead, slamming into the warriors den.

Lily could not hear anything but her parents in her head. She clawed at the ground with anger, her eyes clouded with a mixture of unknown emotions.

Tigerheart ignored Snowstorm, his anger still bubbling dangerously. "Dont get involved," he mewed emotionlessly, hoping to warn the tom to leave. I dont want to ruin our friendship that is beginning, but he better not get into this.

Darkshade, ignoring SNowstorm pushed her face up close to Tigerheart "You have no clue what you are dealing with," she told him, staring into his eyes. "Comfort only covers the pain," she said simply. "I know. She needs to shove herslef out of her past. SHe can't do that if you soften her with sweet words," she told him. "Its nice, but it doesn't actually help," she said. Then, she backed, away, turning and padding out of the den. "And Tigerheart, just remember that I'm not the actual bad guy in this picture, Lily wasn't being so nice either. And take warn to what I said," she called over her shoulder as she padded away.

"Umm, yeah," Moonfather said.

Snowstorm looked at Tigerheart, hoping not to ruin their friendship, "Don't tell me what to do Tigerheart, I am older than you. Please take her out, I will calm these two down." ((he is an elder warrior)) He then turned, forcing Darkshade away from him, "Darkshade! Knock it off! Thats enough!"

Blazekit smiled, leaping into the den, eyes shining, "Wow!"

Sunstar smiled, "Great!"
