It's actually unfair to them, unless you value their pet much lower than it's actually worth. You'd need to add over an '11 rare to make it fair to them. ^^ The items don't have much impact, as they're fairly recent.

In the second trade, it's a bit unfair to them. To make it fair, all you'd have to do it remove everything except the 2 '16 store pets.

I recommend a second opinion after mine but I think you should accept as those store pets might have good demand and may go for a 2009 plus but don't quote me on it.

For the second one, they're overpaying. Rarity wise they're overpaying a bit. Keep the 2 store pets and remove the rest and it will be more or less fair. However one store pet alone can get an '09 rare or more so they're still overpaying.
